  This is the most horrid office imaginable! We actually had two appointments today, My Girlfriend at 11:00 and mine after work at 5:00 both with Kamatchi Radhakrishnan. This woman has no business being in any position that involves contact with the public... Her demeanor was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. She actually had the audacity to ask my girlfriend if she always waited until the last day to prepare her returns! That is unacceptable! It is none of her concern when we do them, she is being paid (quite well) to prepare them and provide satisfactory customer service, not berate us and treat us as if she is doing us a favor at her own expense. FAIL! Afterwards, I called the office and asked to speak with the Manager. I was told by the receptionist, Toni, that she was with a client. I requested to leave my number so she could call me back and asked about how long it would be. I was told she was booked all day and then was asked what my call was regarding. I informed Toni that is was a customer service complaint and that I had an afternoon appointment that I was considering cancelling if I did not get the issue resolved. Toni then told me she would "give her the message, Bye!" and hung up... Needless to say, I called Corporate Customer Service immediately, filed a formal complaint and rescheduled my appointment with another office all together.
